So, It;s 11:34pm on Wednesday, November 30th 2011. I am pretty excited because tomorrow I make my first ever trade on the stock market. I am buying 2500 shares of Amwest Imaging INC. (AMWI) at $0.23 per share. I think that's about $575.00 or something like that. I have been researching the market for a while and this stock in particular. The company has recently acquired an encryption software known as "Ziplick." They announced that they have developed and iPhone application that uses Ziplick in order to guarantee the security of iPhone users from third party interference on Skype and other “Voice Over Internet Protocols”(VoIP). Now, I could go into more detail.. But I really need to go to bed. I created this blog for the purpose of keeping track of all of my purchases in hopes of being able to inspire others to step outside of their comfort zones, take some chances, make mistakes, and hopefully also make some money. (I think I almost quoted The Magic School Bus). I hope you enjoy reading my blog. I will update it every time something related to my investing happens. I promise not to bore you with any personal information or whining about my life and stuff. Unless I lose a shitload of money, of course. But I'm sure that will be nothing but humorous to the reader. So, please check back periodically if you want to hear more, or are just interested to see how big of a hole I can possibly spend my way into before I decide trading is not for me and give up.
